Kindergarten applicants must be 5 years old before September 30, 2024.
STEP 1- Pay your non-refundable $150 application fee by clicking the button below.
STEP 2 - Complete the online application by clicking the link and upload all documentation (Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, and custody agreement if applicable)
STEP 3-Click the button below to download & print the appropriate teacher evaluation & provide to your child's current teacher for completion. Your teacher must return the form directly back to Saint Theresa Catholic School at rotelld@stsashburn.com
STEP 4- Upload a current report card & standardized test scores, as well as final report cards from the previous two years or a complete transcript. This step does not apply to Kindergarten applicants.
STEP 5 - After steps 1-4 are complete, sign up for an assessment date using the links below. Please do NOT sign up for a date unless all documentation and payment has been submitted and your application is complete.

STEP 6 - Admissions decisions will be communicated in mid-March via email. All 5 steps must be entirely complete. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
